תפקידה העיקרי של GAMMA ISRAEL הוא לטפח לוחמים ולוחמות MMA מרקעים וגילאים שונים ותעניק הזדמנויות להשתתף, להתחרות ולהצטיין בסביבה בטוחה ותומכת.

לצד תפקיד עיקרי זה GAMMA שואפת לתרום לחוסן, לאופי ולאחדות החברה הישראלית ע״י מתן השראה לדור חדש של לוחמים הכוללים יותר נשים וילדים על ידי ביסוס קהילת MMA חזקה וייזום תחרויות.
